We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Operator to join our team in the Hunter Valley region.

The ideal candidate will have a current MC Licence (Multi Combination - B Double) with at least 2 years appropriate industry experience, as well as a current Forklift Licence with recent industry experience.

The role involves transporting goods and equipment from Mt Thorley to mine sites throughout the Hunter and Upper Hunter region, occasional overnight or interstate travel, and working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently
* Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles
* Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance
* Comply with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
* Current MC Licence (Multi Combination - B Double)
* At least 2 years appropriate industry experience
* Current Forklift Licence with recent industry experience
* Working knowledge of heavy vehicle regulations
* Full driving history
* Basic computer skills
* Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others
* Self-starter and takes ownership of the role
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Government issued Covid-19 vaccination certificate (min 2 x dose)
* Current work rights in Australia
