Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, offering guidance and solutions.
- Assist students with various administrative tasks, such as registration, course enrollment, and record maintenance.
- Serve as a liaison between students and faculty, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide information and resources to students regarding academic policies, procedures, and support services.
- Collaborate with other departments and staff members to ensure seamless student support operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the student experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with students and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using student information systems, databases, and relevant software applications.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures (preferred).
- Familiarity with student support services and resources (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer service or student support role.
- Experience working in an educational or academic setting (preferred).
