Your Opportunity
This is a permanent part‐time opportunity for an office Administrator to join our Townsville branch. Working approximately 23 hours a week, 5 days, ideally Monday to Friday, with flexibility that accommodates school hours if needed.
Responsibilities
* Setting up and maintaining new project job files and work order approvals
* Assist in finalising project documentation and completion of project sign offs
* Lead end of month processing activities, including raising of claims and Work in Progress
* Accounts Payable – processing of invoices for creditors and sub‐contractors
* Review and pre‐processing of timesheets/interpreting Enterprise Agreement
* Arranging travel and social functions
* General administration tasks
What You Need To Bring
Ideally you will have a minimum of three years of administration experience in a trades related industry, being hands on. You will also excel in:
* End of month processing/basic contracts administration
* Working with a medium/large ERP system
* AP/AR processes
* Intermediate MS Excel skills
* Being a self‐starter who is well organised to meet set deadlines
* Delivering great customer service to internal and external stakeholders
