A Sydney-based field service role focused on fish processing and end-of-line machinery, supporting customers across NSW, New Zealand and broader ANZ as required. You will work on standalone and integrated equipment including fish filleting, grading, portioning, weighing and downstream end-of-line systems.

Responsibilities
* Attend customer sites across NSW and ANZ for breakdowns, call-outs and service work
* Support fish processing customers with reactive and preventative maintenance
* Troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical faults on fish processing equipment
* Work alongside visiting global fish specialists during training periods
* Install machine enhancements, upgrades and retrofits
* Test, calibrate and commission fish processing and end-of-line equipment
* Provide calm, professional support in live production environments
* Build strong relationships with customer maintenance and production teams
* Complete service documentation and reports accurately
* Support knowledge transfer to build long-term local fish capability
Travel & Hours
* Sydney metro and regional NSW travel
* Regular interstate and New Zealand travel
* Travel aligned to customer sites and fish specialist visits
* Weekend work common due to customer downtime windows
* All weekend and out-of-hours work paid at overtime rates
* Fatigue management policies actively enforced
Skills Required
* Industrial Electrical trade qualification or equivalent experience
* Strong fault-finding capability in manufacturing or food environments
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
* Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and automation equipment
* Mechanical aptitude alongside electrical capability
* Experience in food processing environments preferred
* PLC fault diagnosis experience (programming not required)
* Strong customer-facing communication skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Exposure to fish processing or seafood manufacturing environments
* Experience with filleting, grading, portioning or weighing equipment
* Familiarity with industrial HMIs and machine operating systems (Windows or Linux based)
* Experience working alongside OEM specialists or during factory commissioning
