Job Overview
At NHW, the Critical Care Resident will provide direct clinical management and consultation services to all Critical Care patients across Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care (ICU), Anaesthetics, and Perioperative Care. The role includes patient care, quality assurance activities, and participation in core rotations across Emergency Medicine, Anaesthetics, and ICU. The position serves as a pathway toward specialty training with ACEM, CICM, ANZCA, RACGP, and ACRRM.
Rotation Schedule
* Term 1 – Emergency Medicine
* Term 2 – Anaesthetics
* Term 3 – Emergency Medicine
* Term 4 – ICU
