What you'll do In this role, you will bring advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes and functions, combined with deep expertise in asset management, engineering, and construction, to guide the development of data, information, and analytics requirements for building and infrastructure assets. You will engage across diverse teams and disciplines to capture needs, clarify system boundaries and opportunities, and promote a coordinated systems approach. In addition, the role will plan, manage, and deliver organisational change and communication activities to support successful adoption and integration of improved asset management practices. About you We are searching for someone who: * Demonstrated experience in understanding strategic-level data structures and solutions in a complex service delivery organisation. * Demonstrated knowledge of asset management systems (S/4HANA) with the ability to harness efficiencies by enhancing linkages across various information sources. * Proven expertise in strategic asset management supported by knowledge in the financial and engineering domains. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to define and prioritise data, information, and analytics requirements as well as communicate the business impacts of varying data processes and strategies. * High level facilitation and engagement skills, with a proven ability to develop effective working and strategic relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. * Highly developed skills and experience in analysing asset management datasets and metrics to inform strategic-level decision making. * Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver organisational change and communication activities in complex project environments.
