About The Role (where Your Magic Comes In)
We're looking for experienced, NDIS-registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners who bring both clinical excellence and genuine heart.
These are hybrid roles - combine telehealth from your home (or private professional space) with community-based, face-to-face support where needed.
You'll work with a diverse and meaningful caseload, including:
* Neurodivergent clients (autism, ADHD)
* Psychosocial disabilities
* Intellectual and physical disabilities
* Participants across the lifespan
We receive referrals for
assessments, reports, and ongoing PBS intervention
, and we take the time to match you with clients aligned to your experience, interests and preferred demographics.

About You (aka Our Kind Of Human)
You're confident, compassionate, and clinically sharp. You value autonomy but love being part of something bigger.
You'll bring:
* At least 3 years of professional post-graduate experience
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant health or allied health discipline, such as Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Speech Pathology
* Postgraduate or specialist training in behaviour analysis or Positive Behaviour Support (eg: Graduate Diploma/Master in Applied Behaviour Analysis, NDIS-endorsed PBS courses)
* Professional registration where applicable (ie: AHPRA registration is required if your primary qualification falls under a regulated profession, eg: Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology)
* Proficient, Advanced or Specialist capability registered with the NDIS Commission to perform PBS work (Sorry - we cannot offer roles to those who are at Core level)
* Experience working with NDIS participants / people with a disability
* Experience providing online therapy / telehealth / telepractice
And, as an Independent Contractor with CARED, you'll need:
* A private, professional workspace with reliable internet, camera & mic
* Australian Business Number - ABN
* Appropriate business insurances (Professional Indemnity – PI, and Public liability - PL)
