We are a leading real estate agency in the Western suburbs of Perth, seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Campaign Manager/ Personal Assistant to support a senior selling agent/ Director. This role combines property campaign management with personal assistant duties, offering a dynamic and challenging opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Support : Assist in planning and executing property campaigns for new listings, including appointment coordination, document preparation, database management, and social media content creation.
* Personal Assistant Duties : Manage the selling agent's diary, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth daily operations.
* Client Relations : Provide exceptional customer service as a point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
* Data Management : Maintain accurate records of listings, campaign performance, and client interactions using real estate CRM software.
* Event Planning : Organise and assist with open homes, property launches, auctions, and other real estate-related events.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in client management in real estate support roles, such as Sales Administration, Campaign Coordination, or Executive Assistance within the property sector.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with high-end clientele.
* Proficiency in social media platforms and CRM software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
