Role Overview
As a Leadership & Personal Development Consultant, you will:
* Work remotely with full flexibility over your schedule
* Use your leadership, coaching, training, or mentoring experience to support and inspire clients
* Apply consultative sales strategies to connect with leads and new clients
* Learn digital marketing, social media, and online branding
* Represent award-winning personal growth programs professionally and ethically
* Work autonomously while accessing ongoing mentorship, training, and proven business systems
* Attend our optional
in-person training event in Brisbane on 7 December
to connect with other consultants and receive hands-on mentoring
What We're Looking For
* Interest in personal development, mindset, and self-improvement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Confidence speaking with people in a consultative, solution-focused way
* A laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection
* Minimum 15 hours weekly
