About the Role
Working closely with the venue leadership team, you'll help oversee day-to-day operations across the bar, gaming and customer experience while leading from the front during busy service periods.
What We're Looking For
* Previous hospitality leadership experience within pubs, bars or gaming venues
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience leading teams during busy service periods
* Confident with cash handling, banking and end-of-night procedures
* Strong operational and compliance focus
* RLMV & Approved Managers License, RSA & RSG essential
* Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends
* Someone who enjoys country hospitality, live atmosphere and being part of the local community
