Are you looking for a new start in 2026? Country Blinds & Flooring is currently looking for a Production Worker / Factory Hand to fill a casual position which involves a methodical approach and a desire to produce quality products with pride.
The role will include various manufacturing processes including the manufacturing of indoor blinds, picking & packing, stock control, quality control and warehousing.
Favourable skillsets :
* Basic hand and power tool skills (drills, impact drivers, grinders etc)
* Current driver's licence (manual driving skills preferable)
* Forklift licence
* Basic maths competency
* Basic IT literacy
* Great team player
The successful applicant must have a keen eye, attention to detail and an interest in learning a unique craft as quality control will be a large focus of the position.
The position will commence at 24 hours per week with scope to increase to more full time hours as the year progresses.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but by no means essential.
