About the Roles
Roles have been created due to firm growth and client acquisition, available across multiple experience levels:
Intermediate / Bookkeeper / Accountant
* 2‐3 years' experience in public practice
* Exposure across bookkeeping, compliance, tax, and/or advisory
* Looking to broaden technical skills and progress within a firm
* Salary from $70K+ depending on experience and study support
Senior Accountant / Team Lead
* 5+ years' experience in public practice
* CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion)
* Experience across tax and advisory
* Ability or desire to mentor and manage junior staffClear progression toward leadership or management roles
* Salary up to $110K
Senior Tax Accountant
* Experience across complex tax matters
* Working with a growing client base
* Opportunity to shape processes and support junior team members
* Salary open and dependent on experience

Remuneration
Salary range of $70,000‐$110,000 plus benefits (and study support).
