Senior Finance Controls & Accounting - Systems & Transformation

This role balances strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery. You’ll work across accounting, systems governance and project teams to implement changes that stick—supporting financial control, improving reporting accuracy and ensuring compliance with government standards. What you’ll be doing:
* Leading CALUMO system implementation and integration with existing SAP infrastructure
* Driving financial systems transformation and ensuring strong governance
* Managing general ledger processes and WBS elements
* Coordinating UAT, documentation and training for end-users
* Advising on compliance, process improvement and risk mitigation
* Collaborating with shared services and internal stakeholders to embed change
What you’ll bring:
* Strong background in finance systems management and project delivery
* Proficiency in SAP, CALUMO and business intelligence tools
* Demonstrated experience in general ledger accounting and financial controls
* Skilled in business analysis, data mapping and testing
* Ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively across teams
* Degree in Accounting, Business or similar; CA/CPA eligibility preferred
