About the Role
* Supporting residents with personal care and daily living.
* Assisting with meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
* Engaging in meaningful activities that bring joy and connection.
* Documenting care accurately and professionally.
* Building genuine relationships that make our residents feel truly at home.
About You
* A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in aged care or community care (desired).
* A commitment to dignity, respect, and excellence in care.
