Overview
RIW labourer We are seeking RIW labourers for adhoc work with a major rail company in Australia. This role supports train testing and involves rail works loading and unloading trains across set dates.
Responsibilities
* Ballasting and unballasting trains
* Loading 20kg sandbags into trains for weighting and levelling tests
* Unloading trains following testing
* Manual handling work in a rail environment
* Working as part of a crew on scheduled rail works
Qualifications
* Current RIW card required
* Current rail medical required
* Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting of 20kg sandbags
* Rail or labouring background preferred
* Reliable and available for specified dates
