About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Fixed plant/Loader Operators with fixed plant experience who are local to Kalgoorlie, to join our team for current and future opportunities.
We're offering full‐time roles on a 5 days on, 5 nights on, 5 days off or 14 days on, 7 days off rosters. You'll have the chance to grow your skills through on‐site training and progress your career both on the tools and into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating machinery such as Loaders, Skid Steers, and Telehandlers (with training provided to obtain Nationally Recognised Operating Tickets)
* Performing inspections, hosing, and general housekeeping duties
* Supporting trades during shutdowns and breakdowns
* Collaborating with the Planning Team to enhance plant reliability

What is Required
* Demonstrated safety commitment
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomes
* Ability to work within a team environment to achieve desired results
* Flexible and versatile attitude
* Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and bobcats (Desirable)
* Experience in lithium, gold or copper processing operations
Tickets & Licenses Required
* Current Australian Driver's License
* Construction Induction Card
* Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
* Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
* Ability to meet pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements
