Role Overview
As a seasoned travel professional, you will be working in a dynamic retail store environment on a rotating 7-day roster.
* Plan and book itineraries for customers, converting enquiries into bookings through various channels.
* Achieve individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets by selling the entire holiday package including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more.
* Develop and maintain a loyal customer base across domestic and international holidays.
* Provide expert travel advice on visas, trip timing, packing, dining, and other essential travel-related information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel Planning: Plan and book itineraries for customers, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
* Sales Targets: Achieve individual KPIs and sales targets by selling the entire holiday package.
