This award-winning outfit work with some of the leading Design Teams in Ireland to create memorable developments, and are keen to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor.The Role:As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with our client, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects and you will tasked with coordinating with the internal cost planning team and external resources during project budget preparation stage, overseeing cost management processes and overseeing the presentation of a commercial pack to Senior Management Team monthly.Working closely with the Project Managers, you will also be charged with overseeing the procurement process, ensuring scope accuracy for all subcontract packages, as well as maintaining good relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors.Required Background:BSc.
