We are seeking a Fleet Services Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading workshop employees, undertaking maintenance and repair of council plant and equipment, coordinating daily duties of mechanics and contractors, and ensuring safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance and repair of council plant and equipment
* Supervision of workshop employees on a daily basis to ensure safety
* Liaison with mechanics and contractors to coordinate daily duties
The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance industry, sound knowledge of statutory requirements, valid MC drivers' licence, heavy duty mechanical trade qualification (Australian recognised), sound knowledge using computers ordering parts
