Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager, you'll lead all marketing initiatives—from brand development and digital strategy to campaign execution—and serve as the first point of contact for new clients. This is a hands-on role for a forward-thinking professional who understands the luxury market and can elevate the company's profile across multiple platforms.
* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility
* Manage digital channels, including website, social media, and digital communication platforms
* Create and oversee content across all marketing touchpoints
* Coordinate public relations and media opportunities
* Analyse campaign performance and report on enquiry generation and key marketing metrics
* Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners
* Drive high-quality client enquiries through targeted campaigns, compelling content, and strong brand positioning
* Act as the face of the company's marketing presence, being the first point of contact for new clients
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the luxury property, design, commercial, or building supplier sectors
* Proven ability to lead and drive the overall marketing strategy
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills
* Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools
* Exceptional organisational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
* A passion for architecture, interiors, and high-end residential living
