**Your new company**
This Government agency is seeking an ICT Helpdesk officer to join their team on a 6 month contract with the likeness of extension or to move into a permanent position. The agency is currently doing hybrid work mode with 3 days working from home, their office is in Parramatta and offers 7 hours work day. They are looking for someone who is experienced in helpdesk support and great in communication to join the team.
**Your new role**
As an ICT Helpdesk officer, you will be responsible for providing helpdesk support across the organization locally or remotely. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving any L1-L2 tickets and escalating tickets or relevant issues within the request timeframe when needed. You will be experienced in troubleshooting hardware and software for users, creating and maintaining support documentation of ICT Services for continuous improvement within the organization.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 1 year experience of Helpdesk L1 Support
- Experienced in O365, Active Directory, Outlook, MS Teams etc.
- Experienced in troubleshooting hardware and software
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience in documentation and record management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Be Double Vaccinated
- Full Australia Work Rights
