The Role

This is a true Business Development position, focused solely on growing the rent roll across the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and the Hunter.

You will be supported by an experienced, highly regarded Property Management team, allowing you to focus on what you do best – building relationships and converting new business. Joining their already successful business development team, you will have high earning potential right from the beginning.

* No portfolio management responsibilities
* Strong internal referral streams and established brand presence
* Excellent systems, procedures and compliance already in place

* Generous base salary plus uncapped commission
* Car or car allowance, phone provided

About You

* Previous experience in a BDM, leasing or sales-focused role (property experience highly regarded)
* Proven ability to build strong rapport with landlords and investors
* Confident converting appraisals and prospecting for new business
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage a healthy pipeline
* Well-presented, professional and relationship-driven
* A NSW real estate licence, drivers licence
