Document Coordinator Role
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of project Configuration Management (CM) activities, aligning with established CM plans. The document coordinator supports the Configuration Management Lead in delivering day-to-day CM project tasks and outcomes, contributing to meeting both project and organization's CM objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the coordination and delivery of project CM activities;
* Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate completion and close-out of CM tasks in accordance with project timelines and schedules;
* Ensure precise capture of configuration information/changes within Teamcenter Unified;
* Coordinate and conduct Configuration Audit and reporting activities;
* Regularly update CM status reports;
* Act on behalf of the CM Lead in their absence;
* Facilitate effective communication between internal and external parties;
* Assist in the integration of disciplines across project activities;
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives;
To excel in this role, candidates will require a Certificate IV or higher level in a technical discipline, preferably accompanied by relevant maritime degree or trade qualification. Effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard engineering software are also essential.
