We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our modern real estate agency on a part-time, 3-month contract — working school hours, with the possibility to extend contract.
This role focuses on managing landlord and tenant relationships, lease renewals, rent reviews, and maintenance coordination using Tapi software.
Training will be provided on any software gaps.
With trust accounting, admin, BDM, some PCR's and most routine inspections handled for you, you'll be supported to focus on what you do best. A company car is provided for work-related travel.
Requirements:
* Current WA Property Management Registration
* Valid driver's licence
* Proven property management experience
* Minimum 1-2 years of property management experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
