- Management of day to day
- Providing a high level of customer service to the community, enjoys building a community to engage residents - this includes arranging events, entertainment and social gatherings
- Working in conjunction with Ingenia marketing teams to maintain high occupancy in the Village
- Coordinate the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resources within the community
- Ensuring grounds and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard

- Experience in real estate, hospitality management, or aged care
