The primary function of an Audit Manager is to lead and coordinate the audit process, ensuring that all aspects of the organization's operations are thoroughly examined and evaluated.
This involves assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, evaluating risk management strategies, and providing assurance that the organization's goals and objectives are being met.
The role requires a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
* A degree qualification in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, or business
* Relevant qualifications from professional bodies such as IIA, ICAA, or CPA
* Proven experience in internal auditing, external audit, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
