The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced and passionate professionals to be a part of a brand-new initiative supporting First Nations Apprentices.
You will facilitate the undertaking of national training contracts by business and relationship management with various stakeholders and customers.
Key Skills and Experiences
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience within the vocational education and training (VET) sector or job active industry;
* Knowledge of the VET sector and apprenticeship programs;
* Proven business development and account management skills;
* Ability to self-motivate, manage work priorities, meet deadlines efficiently, and meet key performance indicators;
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to best assess, advise, and manage customer needs;
* Ability to analyse, interpret, and evaluate internal and external guidelines and procedures;
* Ability to deliver excellent service through a mature approach utilising tact and diplomacy when interacting with customers and staff;
* Ability to engage, respect, and support customers of diverse demographics and social backgrounds;
* High-quality written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills;
* A current driver's license or ability to travel;
* Working with vulnerable children clearance required.
