As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in Roller's dynamic design team, driving creative excellence, innovation, and strategic vision. Collaborating closely with a copywriter, the digital, and account service teams, you will bring integrated, cross-platform campaigns to life, enhancing Roller's reputation for delivering cutting-edge creative for all of News Corp Australia's brands.
Responsibilities: Develop and articulate creative concepts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, client objectives, and audience insights. Execute and oversee creative across multiple channels, including digital, social, print, video, and integrated campaigns. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Creative Lead (Art), account service, digital directors, studio managers, and video editors. Provide clear, constructive input to elevate design and creative outcomes. Ensure visual consistency and excellence across all creative outputs. Actively contribute to strategic planning sessions, campaign brainstorms, and new business pitches. Who are you? Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or in-house creative studio. Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking, design craftsmanship, and innovative execution across multiple media channels. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a solid understanding of digital design tools and emerging technologies. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
