Wellbeing and Practice Lead
The Wellbeing and Practice Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of wellbeing frameworks and whole-site strategic wellbeing plans.
This critical role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to provide operational line management and practice leadership to youth workers and young people.
* Understanding of and commitment to Catholic educational values is crucial.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in the youth work/social services/health profession is essential.
* Previous experience in wellbeing programs is highly desirable.
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, and/or related health sciences are essential.
* Post-graduate mental health qualifications are highly desirable.
* Experience in working with young people disenfranchised from mainstream education is vital.
The successful candidate will require a Working with Children Check and Teacher Registration (if applicable).
