The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with voice engineering and administration, including IVR and call queue configuration, and dialler support.

Key Requirements:

* Hands-on experience with voice engineering and administration, including IVR and call queue configuration, and dialler support.

* Strong proficiency with Amazon Connect, including contact flows, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Lex bot development.
">
* Hands-on experience with Alvaria WFM/WEM systems (on-prem), including configuration and workforce management support.
">
* Solid understanding of SIP/RTP protocols and voice platform troubleshooting using tools like CloudWatch.
">
* Ability to work across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments, collaborating with infrastructure and operational teams.
">
">
The successful candidate will be required to provide excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to support technical handovers and solution delivery.
