We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator with strong organisational skills and high attention to detail to provide sales support to our Aftermarket team. The successful candidate will be proficient in managing customer inquiries, processing orders and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
About the Role
* Provide sales support to all aftermarket sales (parts, supplies and service) and project management personnel
* Receive and quote client enquiries within appropriate mark-up's and margins
* Source competitive quotes from approved sub-suppliers and fabricators in accordance with Transmin purchasing and procurement policies and procedures
* Prepare and propose aftermarket spares and supplies lists to the client
* Receive and process client orders
* Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders
* Arrange inventory transfers
* Liaise with relevant departments to comply with inventory management procedures
* Maintain sales history records
* Liaise with warehouse, in regard to, dispatch documentation and packing lists for dispatching of goods
* Project manage assigned aftermarket parts and supplies jobs
About You
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar internal sales, parts interpretation and/or sales support role, ideally related to the supply of parts and supplies for fixed mechanical equipment
* Strong mechanical aptitude
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, parts lists and sub-assembly drawings
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
* Performs well in team environment
* Excellent general IT skills including MS Office and SharePoint
* Adept at working within an enterprise level ERP, notably Business Central.
