Together we can achieve great things.Do work that mattersThe Manager, Portfolio Management plays a strategic role in enabling transformation delivery and portfolio performance within the Pace Team.
This role is accountable for driving process optimisation, applying technology to improve outcomes, and delivering insights that support executive decision-making.
It requires a proactive, analytical leader who can operate with autonomy and influence across teams.Specifically, you will:Portfolio Execution and Ownership - Lead the execution of portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
Take ownership of delivery milestones and proactively manage risks and dependencies.Transformation Support - Contribute to the planning and execution of transformation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify and escalate risks or blockers.Technology and Innovation Leadership - Champion the use of AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and portfolio outcomes.
Evaluate tools and practices that can scale transformation efforts.Strategic Content and Insight Development - Develop high-impact content and reporting that informs executive decision-making.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.Stakeholder Influence - Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business.
Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on portfolio priorities and transformation opportunities.Business Process Improvement - Identify and lead initiatives to optimise business processes across the portfolio.
Apply structured methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and enhance value delivery.
Monitor and report on the impact of process changes, ensuring continuous improvement.Team Contribution - Model productive work practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
