We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to support customers through the provision of advice and arranging suitable appointments with our extensive specialist consultant team.
Job Description
* Liaising with customers to plan and implement agreed services
* Scheduling of appointments
* Maintaining busy inboxes, with queries, appointments and non-appointment services
* Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
* Providing information and advice to customers, or prospective customers
* Undertaking other tasks assigned to the team
Responsibilities
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through various communication channels.
* Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments with our specialist consultant team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners to ensure efficient workflow.
* Information Provision: Provide accurate and timely information and advice to customers and prospective customers.
* Tasks Assignment: Undertake other tasks assigned to the team to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in administration in an office environment
* Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Able to work independently and within a team environment
* Prioritisation skills with flexibility
* Attention to detail
* Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
