ACT ESA Training is seeking expressions of interest to fill a short-term vacancy for the potion of Training Administration Officer (ASO 3). This role provides a broad range of administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of training activities across the ESA Training Centre, such as: Coordinate, schedule, and book training courses. Deliver high-quality client service to internal and external stakeholders. Respond to general training-related enquiries. Order training resources as directed. Draft routine correspondence and documentation. Act as the central point of contact for maintenance issues across the centre. Contribute to the review and improvement of administrative procedures. Perform basic data entry tasks. Assist with classroom setup and pack-down as required. Eligibility/Other requirements: To be eligible for permanent or temporary employment within the ACT Public Service (ACTPS) you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident or hold a valid work visa. Driver’s licence Class C is essential due to location and no access to public transport. This position does not require a pre-employment medical. Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
