Your new role
This federal government organisation is looking for someone to join their fast-paced desktop support team who focusses on defect detection, investigation, system and process testing. This position plays a crucial role in identifying, analysing, testing and documenting system defects and operational issues. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in technical support of large-scale CRM or ERP solutions, with experience working within IT/technical disciplines.
What you'll need to succeed
* Provide guidance, support, and advice to frontline teams on processes and system use.
* Support data clean‑up and analysis activities across project work.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders to aid project delivery.
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing and identify defects before and after system changes go live.
* Investigate system issues proactively to help improve performance and user experience.
* Contribute to the development and updating of operational system documentation.
* Coach frontline staff on effective and efficient system usage.
* Perform a range of project‑related tasks, including associated administrative duties.
