About the Role
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships, solving problems creatively, and serving as a trusted guide for clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be the primary point of contact for new clients, fostering trust and tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
* You will represent our organization at expos, community events, and stakeholder forums, strengthening connections and sparking new opportunities.
* You will work closely with our Home and Living strategy team to assess property fit and ensure clients find not just a house, but a home that meets their needs.
* You will partner with our Housing leaders to assess property fit and ensure clients find not just a house, but a home.
* You will manage the full onboarding process, ensuring a thoughtful, well-communicated handover to our service delivery teams.
Your Skills:
* You possess exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling you to connect with people, earn trust quickly, and communicate with empathy, clarity, and respect.
* You have experience in client engagement, onboarding, or intake coordination, ideally within the disability, health, or community services sector.
* You think creatively, tailoring solutions that align with each client's goals and aspirations.
* You have a deep understanding of the NDIS, including Home and Living, Community Participation, and SDA funding.
* You are committed to inclusion, advocacy, and making a real difference in people's lives.
