We are currently seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced professionals for Disability Support Workers roles in homes and the community.
Main Role:
* Assist with daily living, domestic tasks, and meal preparation.
* Support the development of independence skills.
* Facilitate community access for appointments, outings, and leisure.
* Enhance capacity in transportation, personal care, and social interactions.
* Guide participants in achieving their goals.
* Follow procedures, including data compilation and report writing.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records of participant interactions and services provided
What we offer:
* Casual rates ranging from $38 to $45 weekday per hour (depending on qualification and experience)
* Plus superannuation
* 25% casual loading in addition to the hourly rate
* Penalties and evening/weekend allowances paid in accordance with the award
* Flexible shifts, 24/7 roster
* Paid training provided
