Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant for a part-time hybrid role based in Brisbane, QLD. This position involves supporting executives with administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and performing clerical duties. Some remote work is acceptable, but the ability to be present in Brisbane when needed is required.
Qualifications
* Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage executive-level tasks effectively
* Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders
* Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling to ensure seamless organization of meetings and appointments
* Excellent Clerical Skills, including document preparation and records management
* Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and time management abilities
* Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage
* Proficiency with office software and virtual collaboration tools
