Key Role: Rehabilitation Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and skilled healthcare professionals to work as Rehabilitation Consultants.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their recovery and return to work following injury or illness.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and case management services to ensure optimal client outcomes.
* Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients in achieving their goals.
* Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive results for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist qualification.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge in rehabilitation and case management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
