Join a purpose-driven organisation as a WHS Business Partner, supporting multiple sites across metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills. This is a hands‐on role focused on partnering with leaders and frontline teams to drive a strong safety culture in a highly regulated environment.

Role Overview

Reporting into a senior leader, this role will see you working closely with operational leaders, clinical teams, and corporate functions to embed best‐practice WHS across multiple sites. You will play a key role in influencing safety outcomes, supporting compliance, and driving a proactive safety culture. This is a dynamic, site‐based position requiring flexibility to travel across several locations. Full‐time is preferred, though a 0.8 arrangement may be considered.

About the Person

You are a proactive and confident WHS professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders at all levels. You bring a practical, solutions‐focused approach and are comfortable working in fast‐paced, complex, and regulated environments. You may come from aged care, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry, and are confident navigating compliance requirements while building strong relationships on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with leaders and frontline teams across multiple sites to promote a positive safety culture
* Conduct and support risk assessments, including manual handling, infection control, psychosocial risks, and safety‐related matters
* Lead incident investigations and support the implementation of corrective actions
* Provide advice on WHS legislation, standards, and best practice
* Support audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Contribute to injury management and return‐to‐work processes

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

* Demonstrated experience in a WHS advisory or business partnering role
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices
* Experience working in a highly regulated environment (e.g. healthcare, aged care, financial services, or similar)
* Proven ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Experience in incident investigation, audits, and compliance activities
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
* Relevant WHS qualifications
