Key Responsibilities

* Conduct nursing assessments, interventions, and monitoring in accordance with relevant guidelines and policies

* Collaborate with visiting and on-site medical officers as required

* Administer and dispense medications for withdrawal management

* Manage client admissions and discharges

* Complete accurate documentation and clinical handovers

* Actively participate in continuous improvement and best-practice service delivery

Requirements
">
The ideal candidate will have recognized Enrolled Nurse qualifications, current AHPRA registration, and a minimum of 2 years' nursing experience, including mental health support. They will also possess up-to-date knowledge of clinical withdrawal management guidelines, a Blue Card, and a current Driver's Licence. Strong skills in triage, clinical assessment, decision-making, and crisis response are essential.
