Role Purpose
Lead BEE's automation, networking and cyber security practice, delivering consultancy services across control systems and communications. Ensure integration with HV/LV systems, cybersecurity, OT networking, and functional safety, providing end-to-end solutions from concept to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership for automation design, system architecture, and functional specifications.
* Deliver automation solutions across industrial, mining, water, renewables, substations and transport infrastructure.
* Oversee PLC/RTU programming, HMI/SCADA configuration, and integration testing.
* Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning and client handover activities.
* Ensure compliance with IEC 62443 and cybersecurity best practices.
* Advise clients on OT networking, integration with enterprise systems, and cybersecurity risk management.
* Mentor automation engineers and technicians, building long-term capability.
* Promote innovation including IoT, predictive analytics, digital twins, and Industry 4.0 applications.
* Develop proposals, providing automation scope, methodology, and costing.
* Support functional safety activities.
About You
* Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
* 10+ years' automation and electrical experience.
* Strong expertise in SCADA, PLC, RTU, and HMI design (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, ABB, GE, etc.).
* Knowledge of OT networking, communications protocols, and cybersecurity.
* Strong leadership, team management, and client engagement skills.
