About the Position: Our client is looking for a motivated Lawyer to join their busy Native Title and Cultural Heritage team. This is a rare opportunity to deepen your expertise in a specialised and impactful area of law, working on large-scale, complex matters with direct access to experienced leaders in the field. You'll be involved in: Managing Native Title claims in the Federal Court, including appearances at mediations and case management hearings Advising government and private clients on compliance with Native Title and Cultural Heritage legislation Preparing due diligence reports and cultural assessments Drafting and negotiating Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs) and Cultural Heritage Management Plans You’ll gain exposure to high-profile matters, build relationships with Traditional Owner groups, and develop a diverse litigation and advisory skillset in one of the most respected practices in the country.
