Job Description
* Manage and maintain the OneStream (EPM) platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Develop and implement solutions within the OneStream platform to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for financial reporting and planning.
* Provide technical support and training to end-users of the platform.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
* Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards within the platform.
* Work closely with the technology team to integrate OneStream with other systems.
* Regularly update and maintain documentation for processes and configurations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful OneStream (EPM) Administrator / Manager should have:
* Proven experience working with OneStream or similar enterprise performance management (EPM) tools.
* Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements within the property industry.
* Technical expertise in managing, maintaining, and customising OneStream solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills to provide training and support to users.
* Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
