A well-established commercial joinery company in Williamstown is seeking an experienced CNC Operator with strong MultiCAM skills. This temp-to-perm role offers stability, full-time hours and the chance to join a high-quality production team long term.
About the Role
* Operating CNC machinery (MultiCAM preferred) for commercial joinery production
* Programming and editing CNC files (MultiCAM / EnRoute or similar)
* Cutting, routing and machining timber, MDF, plywood and composite materials
* Reading and interpreting drawings, cut lists and production schedules
* Performing machine setup, tooling changes and basic maintenance
We're Looking For
* CNC programming experience - ability to create, adjust or troubleshoot programs
* Candidates with joinery or metal CNC machining backgrounds encouraged to apply
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving ability
* Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
* Full Australian work rights
