We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Youth Pathways Lead who can lead pathway planning for young people in a trauma-informed approach. The successful candidate will provide case management services to meet the needs of our clients and build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Youth Pathways Lead will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing pathway plans that address the unique needs of each young person
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintaining accurate records of client progress and outcomes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience working in youth services, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
* A deep understanding of trauma-informed practice and its application in a youth context
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
