* Guide new sellers through onboarding steps, requirements, and platform setup.
* Verify documentation and ensure compliance with onboarding standards.
* Provide training and support on platform tools and processes.
* Collaborate with operations, product, and support teams to resolve onboarding issues.
* Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records.
* Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and documentation.
* 0–2 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, operations, or related roles.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
* Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
