What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
* Australian citizenship
* Current NV1 or NV2 security clearance (active and transferable)
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in operations and/or facilities management
* Minimum 5+ years' experience specifically in government facilities management
* Demonstrated experience in complex, multi-site facility operations
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, WHS and risk management
* Proven ability to manage contractors, budgets, and service delivery
* Ability to travel and/or relocate overseas
Preferred Experience:
* Government sector property management
* Critical infrastructure operations
* Experience with building management technologies
* Emergency response and business continuity planning
* Project and program management
