The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and inspire our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of our Customer Service Department, delivering exceptional service to clients while developing and guiding your team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and support the Customer Service team to achieve service excellence.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
* Schedule and track Pest Technician work using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Process field paperwork, determine charges, and oversee billing and payments.
* Collaborate with our Sales and Operations Departments to provide seamless support and coordination.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service supervisory position.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
* The ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
