**The Opportunity**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a **motivated**and **energetic Sales Team Leader**to join our team.
The Sales Team will primary attend to **Inbound Sales Enquiries** from **businesses (B2B)**, generated through phone or web. Your role is to **drive, motivate,**and **develop the skills**of the **Sales Team** members to achieve company targets,as well as achieve your **individual sales targets**.
One of Australia's leading providers of Inbound Services including 13/1300/1800 Numbers, Smart Numbers, Live Answering services, and Professional Voice Recordings.
Our range of services are used by businesses of all sizes. From SOHO and small business operators to large enterprises and public organisations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve both individual and company sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis
- Develop the skills of your sales team and drive to achieve monthly KPI targets
- Attend to Inbound Sales from online and phone enquiries
- Execute outbound and cross-selling sales campaigns
- Servicing B2B customers and delivering the best solution for their business needs
- Prepare proposals and assist Sales Team with their proposals
- Follow up leads and opportunities and covert into customers
- Managing sales pipeline through the company database
- Lead by example as you motivate your sales team
- Provide the highest level of customer service and experience
- Supporting the Sales Manager in developing and driving Sales Team.
**What we are looking for**:
- 3 Years+ past sales experience
- Previous experience in leadership position, including Team Leader or Manager
- Drive to achieve and exceed monthly KPI targets
- Excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal
- Confident phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly energetic, self-motivated and well-organised
- Committed to providing the highest level of customer experience
- Comfortable with technology
- Preferably past experience in telecommunication

Pay: $35.00 per hour
